Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa
Selected during the Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison, IA, Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa acts as a goodwill ambassador throughout the state. During her reign, which begins on January 1, she appears at rodeos, horse shows, parades and other equine related events. She also acts as a dignitary at a variety of non-equine events such as festivals and fundraisers. In August she represents Miss Rodeo Iowa, Inc. at the annual Iowa State Fair Cowgirl Queen Contest in Des Moines. The pageant is open to any Iowa resident who will be at least 14 years of age and not older than 19 years of age as of January 1 in the year in which she begins her reign.
